Champions Festival (World Championships 2022)Grading odds
PSA has graded 426 copies. Where they landed:
Why the verdict weights the odds
Only 22.3% of copies reach a 10, which is why the top price is the wrong number to plan around. Weighting each grade’s PSA price by these odds, a submission is worth $63.80£48.02€56.19 on average against $111.99£84.29€98.63 for the card plus $79.99£60.20€70.44 at Regular, the cheapest level PSA will insure it at. That loses $48.19£36.27€42.44, so a copy is worth more raw.

What moves the price of this card
The Galarian Zapdos (Prerelease) on this page is the Holofoil printing from Sword & Shield Promo Cards, and it trades at $10.28£7.74€9.05 in near mint condition. Only one printing of this card was produced, so there is no cheaper version to confuse it with.
Graded, it runs PSA 8 $27.99£21.07€24.65, PSA 9 $31£23.33€27.30, CGC/BGS 9.5 $34£25.59€29.94, PSA 10 $185.94£139.95€163.75. PSA has graded 426 copies of it. 241 completed sales are on file.
What is a PSA 10 Galarian Zapdos (Prerelease) worth?
A PSA 10 Galarian Zapdos (Prerelease) from Sword & Shield Promo Cards sells for $185.94. 31.2% of the copies PSA has graded came back a 10, so that price is the best case rather than the one a submission should expect.
Is Galarian Zapdos (Prerelease) from Sword & Shield Promo Cards worth grading?
On the numbers, no. The average submission is worth $78.10 with every grade weighted by how often this card comes back at it, against $12 for a raw copy plus $99.99 to send it through PSA Regular, so it loses $33.89.
Condition does most of the work below the surface. A copy with soft corners or a print line off centre trades well under the market price shown here, and a copy clean enough to grade trades well above it, which is why the PSA 10 sits at $185.94£139.95€163.75. Before you value your own copy, look at the corners under a light and check the centring on the back, where most cards give themselves away.
