Is Gengar (Prerelease) (Staff) from Sword & Shield Promo Cards worth grading?

On the numbers, yes. The average submission is worth $3,574 with every grade weighted by how often this card comes back at it, against $2,222 for a raw copy plus $1,019 to send it through PSA Premium 1, so it clears $332.88.

Condition does most of the work below the surface. A copy with soft corners or a print line off centre trades well under the market price shown here, and a copy clean enough to grade trades well above it, which is why the PSA 10 sits at $11,000£8,279€9,687. Before you value your own copy, look at the corners under a light and check the centring on the back, where most cards give themselves away.
