PSA has graded 2,669 copies. Where they landed:
Why the verdict weights the odds
Only 4.2% of copies reach a 10, which is why the top price is the wrong number to plan around. Weighting each grade’s PSA price by these odds, a submission is worth $552.72£416€486.76 on average against $301.01£226.55€265.09 for the card plus $79.99£60.20€70.44 at Regular, the cheapest level PSA will insure it at. That clears $251.71£189.45€221.67, so grading a clean copy is worth the wait.

The Mewtwo (20) on this page is the Reverse Holofoil printing from Expedition, and it trades at $699.97£526.83€616.44 in near mint condition. The other 1 printing of the same card sits lower, which is normal: the scarcer print run always carries the premium.
Graded, it runs PSA 1 $210£158.06€184.94, PSA 5 $462.77£348.30€407.55, PSA 6 $641£482.45€564.51, PSA 7 $345£259.66€303.83, PSA 8 $530.32£399.14€467.04, PSA 9 $1,135£854.49€999.84, CGC/BGS 9.5 $1,220£918.23€1,074, PSA 10 $1,481£1,115€1,305. PSA has graded 2,669 copies of it. 1,375 completed sales are on file.
What is a PSA 10 Mewtwo (20) worth?
A PSA 10 Mewtwo (20) from Expedition sells for $1,481. 7.7% of the copies PSA has graded came back a 10, so that price is the best case rather than the one a submission should expect.
Is Mewtwo (20) from Expedition worth grading?
On the numbers, yes. The average submission is worth $617.70 with every grade weighted by how often this card comes back at it, against $201.02 for a raw copy plus $99.99 to send it through PSA Regular, so it clears $316.69.
Condition does most of the work below the surface. A copy with soft corners or a print line off centre trades well under the market price shown here, and a copy clean enough to grade trades well above it, which is why the PSA 10 sits at $1,481£1,115€1,305. Before you value your own copy, look at the corners under a light and check the centring on the back, where most cards give themselves away.
