PSA has graded 454 copies. Where they landed:
Why the verdict weights the odds
Only 12.6% of copies reach a 10, which is why the top price is the wrong number to plan around. Weighting each grade’s PSA price by these odds, a submission is worth $179.06£134.77€157.70 on average against $128.35£96.60€113.03 for the card plus $79.99£60.20€70.44 at Regular, the cheapest level PSA will insure it at. That clears $50.71£38.17€44.66, so grading a clean copy is worth the wait.

What moves the price of this card
The Golem on this page is the Holofoil printing from EX Dragon, and it trades at $43.81£32.97€38.58 in near mint condition. The other 1 printing of the same card sits lower, which is normal: the scarcer print run always carries the premium.
Graded, it runs PSA 7 $33.04£24.87€29.10, PSA 8 $52.05£39.18€45.84, PSA 9 $115.26£86.75€101.51, CGC/BGS 9.5 $127£95.59€111.85, PSA 10 $872.72£656.85€768.58. PSA has graded 454 copies of it. 363 completed sales are on file.
What is a PSA 10 Golem worth?
A PSA 10 Golem from EX Dragon sells for $872.72. 15.1% of the copies PSA has graded came back a 10, so that price is the best case rather than the one a submission should expect.
Is Golem from EX Dragon worth grading?
On the numbers, yes. The average submission is worth $203.79 with every grade weighted by how often this card comes back at it, against $28.36 for a raw copy plus $99.99 to send it through PSA Regular, so it clears $75.44.
Condition does most of the work below the surface. A copy with soft corners or a print line off centre trades well under the market price shown here, and a copy clean enough to grade trades well above it, which is why the PSA 10 sits at $872.72£656.85€768.58. Before you value your own copy, look at the corners under a light and check the centring on the back, where most cards give themselves away.
