PSA has graded 6,508 copies. Where they landed:
Why the verdict weights the odds
Only 52.7% of copies reach a 10, which is why the top price is the wrong number to plan around. Weighting each grade’s PSA price by these odds, a submission is worth $116.49£87.68€102.59 on average against $117.80£88.66€103.74 for the card plus $79.99£60.20€70.44 at Regular, the cheapest level PSA will insure it at. That loses $1.31£0.99€1.15, so a copy is worth more raw.

The Zapdos on this page is the Normal printing from WoTC Promo, and it trades at $21.96£16.53€19.34 in near mint condition. Only one printing of this card was produced, so there is no cheaper version to confuse it with.
Graded, it runs PSA 6 $17.68£13.31€15.57, PSA 7 $20£15.05€17.61, PSA 8 $33.25£25.03€29.28, PSA 9 $69.99£52.68€61.64, CGC/BGS 9.5 $77£57.95€67.81, PSA 10 $176.50£132.84€155.44. PSA has graded 6,508 copies of it. 1,978 completed sales are on file.
What is a PSA 10 Zapdos worth?
A PSA 10 Zapdos from WoTC Promo sells for $176.50. 55.2% of the copies PSA has graded came back a 10, so that price is the best case rather than the one a submission should expect.
Is Zapdos from WoTC Promo worth grading?
On the numbers, yes. The average submission is worth $120.01 with every grade weighted by how often this card comes back at it, against $17.81 for a raw copy plus $99.99 to send it through PSA Regular, so it clears $2.21.
Condition does most of the work below the surface. A copy with soft corners or a print line off centre trades well under the market price shown here, and a copy clean enough to grade trades well above it, which is why the PSA 10 sits at $176.50£132.84€155.44. Before you value your own copy, look at the corners under a light and check the centring on the back, where most cards give themselves away.
