Why the verdict weights the odds

Only 85.7% of copies reach a 10, which is why the top price is the wrong number to plan around. Weighting each grade’s PSA price by these odds, a submission is worth $54.01£40.27€48.31 on average against $103.37£77.08€92.47 for the card plus $79.99£59.65€71.55 at Regular, the cheapest level PSA will insure it at. That loses $49.36£36.81€44.16, so a copy is worth more raw.

1 of the 4 grades priced above had no sales at that grade, so the figure is modelled from the grades that did rather than observed.

What moves the price of this card

The White Kyurem on this page is the 1st Edition Holofoil printing from Japanese Mythical & Legendary Dream Shine Collection, and it trades at $10.68£7.96€9.55 in near mint condition. Only one printing of this card was produced, so there is no cheaper version to confuse it with.

Graded, it runs PSA 8 $10£7.46€8.95, PSA 9 $24.76£18.46€22.15, CGC/BGS 9.5 $27£20.13€24.15, PSA 10 $59.99£44.73€53.66. PSA has graded 259 copies of it. 152 completed sales are on file.

What is a PSA 10 White Kyurem worth?

A PSA 10 White Kyurem from Japanese Mythical & Legendary Dream Shine Collection sells for $59.99. 86.1% of the copies PSA has graded came back a 10, so that price is the best case rather than the one a submission should expect.

Is White Kyurem from Japanese Mythical & Legendary Dream Shine Collection worth grading?

On the numbers, no. The average submission is worth $54.19 with every grade weighted by how often this card comes back at it, against $3.38 for a raw copy plus $99.99 to send it through PSA Regular, so it loses $49.18.

Condition does most of the work below the surface. A copy with soft corners or a print line off centre trades well under the market price shown here, and a copy clean enough to grade trades well above it, which is why the PSA 10 sits at $59.99£44.73€53.66. Before you value your own copy, look at the corners under a light and check the centring on the back, where most cards give themselves away.
