Why the verdict weights the odds
A PSA 8 sells for $97.57£73.44€85.93 against $106.90£80.46€94.14 ungraded plus $79.99£60.20€70.44 at Regular. Without a PSA population report there is nothing to weight those grades by, so this is a best case rather than an average. CGC numbers cannot stand in: the prices on this ladder are PSA prices and a CGC 10 is an easier grade to reach.

What moves the price of this card
The Tornadus EX (Prerelease) [Staff] on this page is the Holofoil printing from Black and White Promos, and it trades at $80£60.21€70.45 in near mint condition. Only one printing of this card was produced, so there is no cheaper version to confuse it with.
Graded, it runs PSA 8 $97.57£73.44€85.93. 10 completed sales are on file.
Condition does most of the work below the surface. A copy with soft corners or a print line off centre trades well under the market price shown here, and a copy clean enough to grade trades well above it. Before you value your own copy, look at the corners under a light and check the centring on the back, where most cards give themselves away.
