Paradise Resort (World Championships 2025) [Staff]Grading odds
PSA has graded 104 copies. Where they landed:
Why the verdict weights the odds
Only 6.7% of copies reach a 10, which is why the top price is the wrong number to plan around. Weighting each grade’s PSA price by these odds, a submission is worth $88.23£66.41€77.70 on average against $131.62£99.06€115.91 for the card plus $79.99£60.20€70.44 at Regular, the cheapest level PSA will insure it at. That loses $43.39£32.66€38.21, so a copy is worth more raw.

The Togekiss (Prerelease) [Staff] on this page is the Holofoil printing from Scarlet & Violet Promo Cards, and it trades at $40.20£30.26€35.40 in near mint condition. Only one printing of this card was produced, so there is no cheaper version to confuse it with.
Graded, it runs PSA 8 $25.49£19.18€22.45, PSA 9 $100£75.26€88.07, PSA 10 $382.50£287.89€336.86. PSA has graded 104 copies of it. 38 completed sales are on file.
What is a PSA 10 Togekiss (Prerelease) [Staff] worth?
A PSA 10 Togekiss (Prerelease) [Staff] from Scarlet & Violet Promo Cards sells for $382.50. 6.7% of the copies PSA has graded came back a 10, so that price is the best case rather than the one a submission should expect.
Is Togekiss (Prerelease) [Staff] from Scarlet & Violet Promo Cards worth grading?
On the numbers, no. The average submission is worth $88.23 with every grade weighted by how often this card comes back at it, against $31.63 for a raw copy plus $99.99 to send it through PSA Regular, so it loses $43.39.
Condition does most of the work below the surface. A copy with soft corners or a print line off centre trades well under the market price shown here, and a copy clean enough to grade trades well above it, which is why the PSA 10 sits at $382.50£287.89€336.86. Before you value your own copy, look at the corners under a light and check the centring on the back, where most cards give themselves away.
