PSA has graded 302 copies. Where they landed:
Why the verdict weights the odds
Only 40.7% of copies reach a 10, which is why the top price is the wrong number to plan around. Weighting each grade’s PSA price by these odds, a submission is worth $16.45£12.38€14.49 on average against $117.24£88.24€103.25 for the card plus $79.99£60.20€70.44 at Regular, the cheapest level PSA will insure it at. That loses $100.79£75.86€88.76, so a copy is worth more raw.

What moves the price of this card
The Hero's Cape on this page is the Holofoil printing from Temporal Forces, and it trades at $27.66£20.82€24.36 in near mint condition. Only one printing of this card was produced, so there is no cheaper version to confuse it with.
Graded, it runs PSA 8 $5.50£4.14€4.84, PSA 9 $12.96£9.75€11.41, CGC/BGS 9.5 $14£10.54€12.33, PSA 10 $23.50£17.69€20.70. PSA has graded 302 copies of it. 1,170 completed sales are on file.
What is a PSA 10 Hero's Cape worth?
A PSA 10 Hero's Cape from Temporal Forces sells for $23.50. 41.3% of the copies PSA has graded came back a 10, so that price is the best case rather than the one a submission should expect.
Is Hero's Cape from Temporal Forces worth grading?
On the numbers, no. The average submission is worth $16.54 with every grade weighted by how often this card comes back at it, against $17.25 for a raw copy plus $99.99 to send it through PSA Regular, so it loses $100.70.
Condition does most of the work below the surface. A copy with soft corners or a print line off centre trades well under the market price shown here, and a copy clean enough to grade trades well above it, which is why the PSA 10 sits at $23.50£17.69€20.70. Before you value your own copy, look at the corners under a light and check the centring on the back, where most cards give themselves away.
