Paradise Resort (World Championships 2025) [Staff]Grading odds
PSA has graded 151 copies. Where they landed:
Why the verdict weights the odds
Only 25.8% of copies reach a 10, which is why the top price is the wrong number to plan around. Weighting each grade’s PSA price by these odds, a submission is worth $117.42£88.37€103.41 on average against $150.27£113.10€132.34 for the card plus $79.99£60.20€70.44 at Regular, the cheapest level PSA will insure it at. That loses $32.85£24.73€28.93, so a copy is worth more raw.

What moves the price of this card
The Cleffa (Prerelease) [Staff] on this page is the Holofoil printing from Scarlet & Violet Promo Cards, and it trades at $61.16£46.03€53.86 in near mint condition. Only one printing of this card was produced, so there is no cheaper version to confuse it with.
Graded, it runs PSA 9 $37.50£28.22€33.03, CGC/BGS 9.5 $46£34.62€40.51, PSA 10 $365.50£275.09€321.88. PSA has graded 151 copies of it. 75 completed sales are on file.
What is a PSA 10 Cleffa (Prerelease) [Staff] worth?
A PSA 10 Cleffa (Prerelease) [Staff] from Scarlet & Violet Promo Cards sells for $365.50. 25.8% of the copies PSA has graded came back a 10, so that price is the best case rather than the one a submission should expect.
Is Cleffa (Prerelease) [Staff] from Scarlet & Violet Promo Cards worth grading?
On the numbers, no. The average submission is worth $117.42 with every grade weighted by how often this card comes back at it, against $50.28 for a raw copy plus $99.99 to send it through PSA Regular, so it loses $32.85.
Condition does most of the work below the surface. A copy with soft corners or a print line off centre trades well under the market price shown here, and a copy clean enough to grade trades well above it, which is why the PSA 10 sits at $365.50£275.09€321.88. Before you value your own copy, look at the corners under a light and check the centring on the back, where most cards give themselves away.
