PSA has graded 601 copies. Where they landed:
Why the verdict weights the odds
Only 2.0% of copies reach a 10, which is why the top price is the wrong number to plan around. Weighting each grade’s PSA price by these odds, a submission is worth $172.19£129.60€151.65 on average against $194.11£146.10€170.95 for the card plus $149£112.14€131.22 at Express, the cheapest level PSA will insure it at. That loses $21.92£16.49€19.30, so a copy is worth more raw.

The Alakazam on this page is the Holofoil printing from Mysterious Treasures, and it trades at $64.70£48.70€56.98 in near mint condition. The other 1 printing of the same card sits lower, which is normal: the scarcer print run always carries the premium.
Graded, it runs PSA 6 $38£28.60€33.47, PSA 7 $59.25£44.59€52.18, PSA 8 $128.33£96.59€113.02, PSA 9 $355£267.19€312.64, CGC/BGS 9.5 $391£294.28€344.34, PSA 10 $1,683£1,267€1,482. PSA has graded 601 copies of it. 563 completed sales are on file.
What is a PSA 10 Alakazam worth?
A PSA 10 Alakazam from Mysterious Treasures sells for $1,683. 2.3% of the copies PSA has graded came back a 10, so that price is the best case rather than the one a submission should expect.
Is Alakazam from Mysterious Treasures worth grading?
On the numbers, no. The average submission is worth $183.00 with every grade weighted by how often this card comes back at it, against $25.11 for a raw copy plus $169 to send it through PSA Express, so it loses $11.11.
Condition does most of the work below the surface. A copy with soft corners or a print line off centre trades well under the market price shown here, and a copy clean enough to grade trades well above it, which is why the PSA 10 sits at $1,683£1,267€1,482. Before you value your own copy, look at the corners under a light and check the centring on the back, where most cards give themselves away.

Once during your opponent's turn, when your opponent's Pokémon uses any Poké-Power, you may discard 2 cards from your hand and prevent all effects of that Poké-Power. (This counts as that Pokémon using its Poké-Power.) This power can't be used if Alakazam is affected by a Special Condition.
Psychic Guard50During your opponent's next turn, any damage done to Alakazam by attacks from your opponent's Stage 2 Evolved Pokémon is reduced by 30 (after applying Weakness and Resistance).
Weak to Psychic +30. Tournament legal in neither standard nor expanded.
